We hope you love your order — but if something's not quite right, we're here to help!
Changed your mind?
No worries. If you're ordering from the UK or the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive your package to let us know you'd like to return it.
Just drop us a message at support@purpleplantgames.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the instructions to return the item.
What can be returned?
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- The return must arrive within 14 days of your request
Once we receive your return, we’ll email you to confirm it has arrived and let you know whether it’s approved for a refund.
Refund timing
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund and issue it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your refund will include any standard delivery fees from your original order — but not return shipping costs.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is your responsibility — we don’t currently offer prepaid return labels.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t issue refunds for items we don’t receive.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, please return your order and place a new one separately.
Shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is packed for fulfillment, we’re unable to make changes to the address.
Items that can’t be returned
We’re unable to offer returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital products
- Sale or clearance items
- Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
