Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • All countries within the European Union
  • Mainland China
  • South Korea
  • Japan

We do not ship to countries not on that list at this time, but we might change that in the future.

If you're outside these regions and are interested in our products, feel free to contact us - we’re always happy to explore future options.

 

Handling Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

During busy periods (such as crowdfunding fulfillment), processing may take a bit longer - thank you for your patience.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • European Union: 2-5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-12 business days
  • China, South Korea, and Japan: 5-17 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local courier delays, or customs processing.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We aim to offer fair and transparent rates - no inflated handling fees.

 

Customs & Import Charges (UK Orders)

Please note that all orders are shipped from the European Union. If you’re ordering from the UK, your package may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees when it arrives in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping cost at checkout.

We recommend checking your local import regulations for more information.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
